Go for a hike on the Hasselborg-Guerin Trail, and not far from Hasselborg Lake you'll hit upon McKinney Lake which is a delightful lake. At Hasselborg Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Hasselborg Lake nighttime low temperatures       all through the winter are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Distin Lake Trail, and if you need a location to stay Silverbow Inn is a good choice.
