Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the Talkeetna Mountains. If you come at the right time of year, Archangel Creek offers some tremendous whitewater, and after a long day outdoors Creekside Cabins is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. During the warm months here at Hart Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 60's with overnight lows in the 40's. High temperatures       through the winter are normally in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Hart Lake. A great place to camp here at Hart Lake is Denali River Cabins and RV Park; get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Susitna River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Talkeetna Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Iceworm RV Park if you're here at Hart Lake, and Sleepy Hollow Golf Course is a golf course nearby. So many amusing things to do                  here at Hart Lake, too splendid to be true. Hart Lake is not the only site close by, Anderson Lake is a close by lake. Hart Lake is a location that is reasonably dry usually; September is the wettest month with most rain while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
