Hart Lake is located in the Talkeetna Mountains. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Hart Lake. ALASKAS SELECT INN WASILLA is a great site to get some rest, and if you're here, you could also visit pretty Reed Lake. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Sleepy Hollow Golf Course is always a pleasure; do pop by Dry Lake, it's a picturesque lake. If you need       a place to stay Agate Inn is a fine choice. There's so much to do here at Hart Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Denali River Cabins and RV Park is a tremendous location for that. Cottonwood Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting; if you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Archangel Creek. Around Hart Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is                  September, and April meanwhile is the driest month. During the months of summer at Hart Lake temperatures are usually in the 60's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Hart Lake tend to be in the 0's. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Talkeetna Mountains.
