Green Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Going for a hike on the Bull Rock Trail is always a great adventure, and dry warm beds await you at Sourdough Lodge. Green Lake is a location that is rather arid typically; through the month of September you get the most rain around here; the driest month is April. There's some interesting stuff to make out at Gregory Lake Dam close to Green Lake, and after a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Anchorage

| | is a splendid location to spend a night or two. You definitely have to love Green Lake. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Green Lake. This is a great region for folks who like lakes. Tuomi Lake is a lake in the neighborhood; golf can be played at Anchorage Golf Course. There are some fine whitewater spots on Campbell Creek, and camping at John's RV Park and Motel is always a good experience. Some of the water close by | |

flows, like Sixmile Creek, and there's whitewater on Ship Creek for all you adrenaline people. Here at Green Lake you'll in all probability meet some folks from Anchorage, and Hilltop is a splendid local ski area. This lake is so
wonderful. Katmai National Park & Preserve is a nice national park, and the skiing at Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is pleasant. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Finger Lake Resort is a perfect place to do that. Lakes
are pleasant; Spring Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Green Lake. At Green Lake all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 60's with nighttime lows in the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Green Lake.

 | Absolutely perfect!! We were blessed with good weather on our Alaska tour! The folks at Golden Nugget were so helpful. They knew the area and what was a must see for us. The grounds were well kept and the showers CLEAN!!!...Very nice, clean and quiet RV Park!! Lots of room to stroll around and relax.
Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. We have been going there for the past 3 years - it is the largest and best park in Anchorage!! Enjoyed their evening BBQs and entertainment!!
