Not far from Grayling Lake, you'll find Ski Lake which is a picturesque lake. A Creekside Trailer Park is a fine campground nearby, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Sixmile River. Going for a hike along the Lost Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; if you need a spot to stay Alaska Hamptons is a splendid choice. Grayling Lake is a good location       of common rain; most of the rain falls during October; May is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Primrose Landing Campground is a magnificent local campground, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Grant Lake Trail. At Grayling Lake throughout the warm days of summer highs are in the 60's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Grayling Lake through                  the wintertime typically drop into the 10's. A trip to Kenai Fjords National Park is worthwhile, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Carter Lake Trail. If only every location had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great globe it would be.
