If time allows, Sitka National Historical Park is a national park worth taking a look at; do take a hike on the Silver Bay Trail. At Glacier Lake during the months of summer highs are in the 60's. Summer night lows fall down to the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Glacier Lake                  dipping down into the 20's during winter nights.
