Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Campbell Creek. At Fish Lake you don’t see much rain; throughout September this area sees the most rain while April is ordinarily the driest month. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Fish Lake has to offer, you can camp                  at Golden Nugget Camper Park, and there's whitewater on Ship Creek for all you adrenaline people. If you love the outdoors, you'll fancy Fish Lake. A trip to Katmai National Park & Preserve is worthwhile, and while you're here, you could also visit picturesque Triangle Lake. There's so much to do here at Fish Lake that you need to camp here for a while, John's RV Park and Motel is a pleasant location for that, and there's good hiking along the Bull Rock Trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Fish Lake, too splendid to be true. This lake is so wonderful. At Gregory Lake Dam next to Fish Lake there are some attention-grabbing things to see, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Hilltop.
