Summertime at Finger Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 60's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Finger Lake. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Talkeetna Mountains has to offer. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Finger Lake has to offer, you can camp at Denali River Cabins       and RV Park; a striking lake like Wolf Lake is a brilliant location to visit. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. If you need a spot to stay Agate Inn is a great choice. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Archangel Creek, and lakes are such calm places, why not stop by Neklason Lake. Finger Lake is a location that is rather arid generally; September is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is April. This lake is so wonderful.                  Stay the night at Mountain View RV Park, and get soaked paddling on Little Susitna River. A fine nearby hotel is ALASKAS SELECT INN WASILLA; as expected Cottonwood Creek is a pretty stream that is worth a visit.
