Eleanor Lake is a lake worth visiting. Visiting Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Power Creek. The Chugach Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Eleanor Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the McKinley Lake Trail, and the Lake Elsner Trail offers hiking at its best.
