This lake is so wonderful. All through the long summer days at Eklutna Lake highs are frequently in the 60's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Eklutna Lake are in the 0's. Eklutna Lake gets very little rainfall; September is when you get the most       rain here, and March on the other hand is the driest. A beautiful lake like Ezi Slough near Eklutna Lake is a nice place to have a look at, and from Eklutna Lake you obtain a pleasant sight of East Twin Peak. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Crow Pass Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and there's whitewater on Moose Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. If you're here at Eklutna Lake, you could pop by Thachkatnu                  Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Eklutna Lake has to offer, you can camp at Homestead RV Campground. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Eagle River; you'll come across a beautiful lake called Lake Barbara.
