Summertime highs at Eightmile Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 0's with temperatures at Eightmile Lake dipping down into the-20's throughout winter nights. Eightmile Lake is a location that is rather dried up generally; throughout the month of July you get the most rain around here,       and the driest month of the year is April. There's so much to do here at Eightmile Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Savage River Campground is a nice location for that. This lake is so wonderful.
