Eagle Lake is one of the lakes here in the Chugach Mountains. It is very waterless here at Eagle Lake generally; through the month of September you get the most rain around here while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. The Bird Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Agate Inn is a great location       to spend a night or two. Eagle Lake is right by the Crow Pass Trail. Throughout the summertime at Eagle Lake highs are mostly in the 60's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Eagle Lake are in the 0's. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Chugach Mountains. Grand View Inn And Suites is a tremendous spot to get some                  rest. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Eagle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Thunder Bird Falls Campground. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eagle River.
