You'll find a lovely lake called Symphony Lake near Eagle Lake, and after a long day outdoors Agate Inn is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. There are some great whitewater spots on Eagle River, and close by you locate the Bird Creek Trail which is a great hiking trail. At Eagle Lake all through the summer highs are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Throughout the       wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 10's, and overnight lows at Eagle Lake all through the winter usually drop into the 0's. Why not camp at Thunder Bird Falls Campground while you're here at Eagle Lake, and Grand View Inn And Suites is a splendid site to get some rest. Around Eagle Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; September is the wettest month with most rain; April is the month with the least moisture. Eagle Lake is a beautiful lake in the Chugach                  Mountains. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Eagle Lake, too brilliant to be true. Do stop at Edmonds Lake near Eagle Lake, it's a striking lake. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the Chugach Mountains has to offer.
