Do visit Lake Alexander in the neighborhood of Doe Lake, it's a picturesque lake, and there are good places to discover along the Hasselborg-Guerin Trail. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Doe Lake. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Doe Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Doe Lake a wet place; the month       with most of the rain is October, and the driest of the months is April. You'll find a picturesque lake called Buck Lake near Doe Lake; you can go for a hike on the Mitchell Bay Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
