Beautiful Dishno Pond has much to offer visitors. Stay the night at Centennial and Lions Campground, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Ship Creek. Katmai National Park & Preserve is a very fine site to have a look at in close proximity to Dishno Pond; Campbell Creek is a great whitewater spot close by. On a tremendous day at Dishno Pond you can take a hike along the Bird Creek Trail; if you need a site to stay Microtel Inn and Suites Anchorage Area

At Dishno Pond through the warm days of summer highs are in the 60's, and the overnight is a tad colder of course, mostly in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Dishno Pond descend into the 0's. meanwhile is the driest month. Hilltop is a brilliant local ski area. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Dishno Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hidden Heaven RV Park.
If you want a pleasant time in the great
outdoors, just come on down to Dishno Pond. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is near Dishno Pond, and the nice people of Anchorage like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here
at Dishno Pond you can take a hike along the Bull Rock Trail, and after a long day outdoors Ramada Limited Anchorage is a nice place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Ship Creek Dam is a location that is in the vicinity of Dishno Pond.
