Camping is available at Taiga Campground; a lake nearby is Christiansen Lake. Summer brings highs in the 60's to Devore Lake with night lows in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Devore Lake dip into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place to camp here at Devore Lake is Talkeetna River RV Park, and if you need a spot to stay Mt. Mckinley Princess Wilderness Lodge is a

| | splendid choice. Looking for a good spree? Denali National Park & Preserve is rather near Devore Lake, and Snowflake Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Devore Lake; August is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. | |
