Dry warm beds await you at Scandia House, and on a perfect day you can visit Blind Slough, a swamp near Crystal Lake. Some of the water nearby flows, like Blind River. Crystal Lake gets much water; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain, and June is the month with the least moisture. Take a hike on the Petersburg Trail, and you'll discover a beautiful       lake called Crystal Lake. Do pop by Crystal Lake Dam if you're here at Crystal Lake, and hiking along the Duncan Canal Portage is wonderful fun. So many amusing things to do here at Crystal Lake, too pleasant to be true. Tides Inn is a tremendous site to get some rest; why not camp at Blind Slough Campground while you're here at Crystal Lake. Crystal Lake is right by the Colp Lake Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Blind Island Campground is a great                  site to camp. During the months of summer here at Crystal Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 60's with nighttime lows in the 40's.
