The high level of rain makes Crater Lake a reasonably wet location; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Chugach Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Valdez Harbor Inn; you can stay the night at Valdez Mobile Home and RV Park. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is bountiful here in the Chugach Mountains. Bayside Rv Park       is a wonderful campground nearby, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not visit Robe Lake. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; Crater Lake has it all. A quick trip to Cameron Creek near Crater Lake is a good idea, and Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve is one of the destinations that are delightful to check out nearby. Crater Lake is a beautiful lake in the Chugach Mountains. After a long day outdoors                  Valdez Harbor Inn is a good site to spend a night or two, and you need to go to Camicia Glacier if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Valdez Glacier Stream, and Goat Gully is also a splendid spot to explore. For the period of the summertime months at Crater Lake highs are generally in the 60's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's while Crater Lake night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's.
