What a location this is for outdoors folks. Near Corser Lake you stumble on the Eyak Trail which is a good hiking trail, and the Sheridan Mountain Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. Corser Lake mostly gets lots of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and July is when it's the driest. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the       exciting stuff in the Chugach Mountains. The views at Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve will blow your mind, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Power Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in the Chugach Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is brilliant here at Corser Lake, you can go for a hike along the Lake Elsner Trail, and if you've had enough of Corser Lake, Sellen Lake is close by. If you come at                  the right time of year, Glacier River offers some great whitewater, and you're in all probability into lakes, Beaver Lake is one of those nearby.
