Do stop by Corser Lake while you're in this part of Alaska. Corser Lake is a beautiful lake in the Chugach Mountains. Near Corser Lake you discover the Eyak Trail which is a good hiking trail; you can run the rapids of Power Creek. Be careful coming to the Chugach Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve is a great national park, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Glacier River.
