A day at picturesque Chichagof Beach in the vicinity of Lake Cories is a splendid thing to do, and why not take a little journey to Bassett Creek while you're here. This is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes. Lake Canirco is a lake nearby, and Buffalo Head is a peak you can observe from Lake Cories. Lake Cories gets a good deal of water; September is the month that gets the most rain, and May meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.

Chichagof Harbor is quite in close proximity to Lake Cories; on a lovely day you can stop by Sarana Beach. Summertime at Lake Cories arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 70's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 70's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Lake Cories drop into the 60's. What a location this is for outdoors folks.
