After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Airport is a splendid place to spend a night or two; why not explore Chester Creek Dam if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Anchorage Golf Course is a golf course close to Connors Lake, and why not check out Bootlegger Cove also if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Connors Lake you'll probably meet some folks from Anchorage, and you can never get enough       of the good skiing at Hilltop. Katmai National Park & Preserve is a splendid national park, and skiing at Alpenglow At Arctic Valley is one of those things you just should do. Through the days of summer highs here at Connors Lake get into the 60's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are usually in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Connors Lake. Going for a hike on the Bull Rock Trail is always                  a great adventure, and Hiline Lake Wilderness Camp is a perfect campground nearby. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Connors Lake rocks! A delightful lake like Bentzen Lake near Connors Lake is a splendid location to explore, and if you came for an overnight stay Polar Bear Inn is a nice location to camp. Some of the water close by flows, like Chester Creek, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Campbell Creek. Do visit Birch Lake close to Connors Lake, it's a lovely lake; if you need a site to stay Microtel Inn and Suites Anchorage - Airport is a good choice. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff close to Connors Lake will keep you coming back persistently.
