There's great hiking along the Davidof Lake Trail, and taking a little trip to close by Port Lucy is a magnificent idea. Clarks Pond is a reasonably wet place commonly with a great deal of rain; October is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is July. During the days of summer, highs usually are in the 60's at Clarks Pond, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are usually in the 30's; nighttime

| | lows throughout the wintertime for Clarks Pond tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Clarks Pond, you'll hit upon Borodino Lake which is a beautiful lake.
There are other places here than Clarks Pond, for example Island Lake, and Sitka National Historical Park is a very perfect location to go to. | |
