Butte Lake is a lake worth visiting. At Butte Lake during the warm months highs are in the 60's; the overnight is a tad chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Butte Lake. Bestview Mobile Home Village is a great local campground, and whitewater paddling is good on Wolverine Creek. Butte Lake is pretty dehydrated typically; September is when you get the most rain here,
