Bradley Lake is a location that is reasonably dried out ordinarily; September is the month that gets the most rain while April is usually the driest month. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Bradley Lake is excellent!. The Talkeetna Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

the wonderful whitewater of Archangel Creek, and Bradley Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Homestead RV Campground is a fine local campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Talkeetna Mountains.
Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Little Susitna River, and a lake nearby is Baird Lake.
