Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do right next door to Blodgett Lake. Really good skiing awaits you at Alpenglow At Arctic Valley; in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Willow Creek. Throughout the summertime here at Blodgett Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 60's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, generally       in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's while Blodgett Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. Man, is there a load of fun things to do in the Talkeetna Mountains. Hidden Heaven RV Park is a good campground here; if you haven’t been to Katmai National Park & Preserve, you must schedule some time for it while you're here. Hilltop has splendid slopes and a friendly staff; after a long day outdoors                  Houston Road House is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. Dry warm beds await you at Anchorage Area (Eagle River)Alaska. Lakes are tremendous; Blodgett Lake is a lake that's right next door to Blodgett Lake. So much cool stuff to do here in the Talkeetna Mountains, too fine to be true. Eagle River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Talkeetna Mountains. Not much rainfall falls here at Blodgett Lake; the wettest month of the year is usually September, that's the one that rains the most; April meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
