Hilltop is a very popular ski area in the vicinity; get yourself into a kayak and hit Willow Creek. At Blodgett Lake throughout the summertime months highs are in the 60's with overnight lows in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 10's while Blodgett Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. At Blodgett Lake you       don’t see much rainfall; September is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is April. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Blodgett Lake has to offer, you can camp at Riverside Camper Park; a delightful nearby hotel is Ramada Limited Anchorage. Stay the night at Alaskan Trails Rv and Camper Park; Alpenglow At Arctic Valley has nice slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. This is a magnificent neighborhood for people                  who like lakes. Corcoran Lake is a lake around here, and if you come at the right time of year, Eagle River offers some brilliant whitewater. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff close to Blodgett Lake. While you're here at Blodgett Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby Anchorage, and unsurprisingly, all our national parks are delightful places to stop at and Katmai National Park & Preserve is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is located in the wonderful Talkeetna Mountains. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Talkeetna Mountains is so good!
