It is very arid here at Black Lake frequently; the month with most of the rain is September while April is commonly the driest month. All year is a pleasant time in the Talkeetna Mountains if you love the outdoors. Iceworm RV Park is a splendid campground nearby, and dry warm       beds await you at Grand View Inn And Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Denali River Cabins and RV Park is a glorious local campground, and Agate Inn is a perfect location to get some rest. During the summer highs here at Black Lake get into the 60's with night lows in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 0's for Black Lake. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are truly abundant here at Black Lake. Archangel                  Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. Black Lake is a beautiful lake in the Talkeetna Mountains.
