Beaver Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Lake Elsner Trail; do take a hike on the Eyak Trail. Beaver Lake is right by the Sheridan Mountain Trail; there's whitewater on Glacier River for all you adrenaline kick people.
All through the months of summer highs here at Beaver Lake reach the 60's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the

| | 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Beaver Lake. Be careful coming to the Chugach Mountains, you might not ever want to go back home again. Don't miss out on a journey to Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve if you're here at Beaver Lake; you can run the rapids of Power Creek. Beaver Lake is a beautiful lake in the Chugach Mountains.
