Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Glacier River, and Beaver Lake is right by the Lake Elsner Trail. Do check out Sellen Lake close to Beaver Lake, it's a stunning lake; a tour to Wrangell - St Elias National Park & Preserve is worthwhile. Get drenched paddling on Power Creek, and do take a hike on the Sheridan Mountain Trail. Beaver Lake sees pretty       high levels of rain; most of the rain falls during September while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Chugach Mountains is great! A beautiful lake like Corser Lake near Beaver Lake is a tremendous place to pop by; you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Eyak Trail. So many cool things to do here at Beaver Lake, too fine to be true. At Beaver Lake all through the days                  of summer highs are in the 60's while night lows are typically in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Beaver Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
