Really wonderful skiing awaits you at Hilltop. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Bear Paw Lake get into the 60's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 10's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Bear Paw Lake. This lake is so wonderful.       Bear Paw Lake is a magnificent site to visit for more than one day, Alaskan Trails Rv and Camper Park is a magnificent site to camp nearby, and if you get bored of Bear Paw Lake you could also take a look at close by Long Lake. That right there is a heap already, but it keeps on going; Bear Paw Lake has it all. You can never get enough of the nice skiing at Alpenglow At Arctic Valley; dry warm beds await you at Ramada Limited Anchorage. There's whitewater                  on Willow Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and Loon Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. Around Bear Paw Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; through September this area sees the most rain; April is when it's the driest.
