Spruce Meadow Recreational Vehicle Park is a delightful local campground, and a glorious nearby hotel is Pearsons Pond Inn and Spa. While staying at Auke Lake you could always discover Battleship Reef, and Auke Lake is not the only place close by, Nugget Creek is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mendenhall River, and going for a hike on the Montana Creek Trail is always a pleasant adventure. Much precipitation falls

is a great place to camp, and everybody close by loves skiing at Eaglecrest. And if that's not sufficient, there's a lot more to do in the vicinity of Auke Lake. While you're here at Auke Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby
Juneau. This lake is so wonderful. Near Auke Lake you find the West Glacier Trail which is a fine hiking trail; you are in the vicinity of Mendenhall Peninsula since you're here.
