Lake Alexander is a rather wet place frequently with much precipitation; of all the months in a year October is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June. The Hasselborg-Guerin Trail offers hiking at its best; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Alexander; Lake Alexander Trail is a perfect local trail. This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the long       summer days at Lake Alexander highs are mostly in the 60's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lake Alexander plunge into the 20's.
