along the South Sand Point Trail. Yellow Banks is right next door to Kayostia Beach and is a lovely beach to stop by, and going for a hike on the Allens Bay Trail is always a perfect adventure. Getting to Cedar Creek from Kayostia Beach is trouble-free; get yourself into a kayak and hit Calawah River. Summertime highs at Kayostia Beach typically tend to be in the 60's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Kayostia Beach. Kayostia Beach  
    is a wet site that gets lots of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that rains the most, and August meanwhile is the driest month.
