Hermosa Beach is a relaxing location, and there's great natural loveliness waiting here for you along it. There aren’t any lodgings in the neighborhood but if you're prepared to voyage a short distance then no problem but you'd better book before heading out since these hotels fill up quickly throughout the long summer days. Time spent at West Beach near Hermosa Beach is always tremendous, and Whatcom Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. Clark Island State Park is a great spot to stretch your legs a bit; you can spend the day on the beach at Neontawanta Beach. Do schedule some time to go to Brant Point near Hermosa Beach if you have a chance.
