First Beach, Clallam County, Washington Custom Search   If spending too much time indoors got you down, no problem, First Beach in Clallam County, Washington is such a great place. The blue swells hitting the coastline is quite a panorama. A tour to Washington is not complete without some time spent on the beach. You may perhaps have to settle for a hotel a far away from the beach if you want to spend a night, but you'd better reserve before heading out as these hotels fill up quickly during the summertime months. There's so much enjoyable stuff to do in close proximity to First Beach including fishing, swimming,     boating, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you might stay for a while. For all you camping people there are campgrounds close at hand. This is such a stunning segment of shore. If you want to hit the beach, Second Beach is nearby; there's good hiking along the South Sand Point Trail. Why not stop by Baada Point also since you're here, and Hoko River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by. The Allens Bay Trail offers hiking at its best, and Third Beach is reasonably close by if you're in a beach type of mood. Dtokoah Point is nearby and always good to check out, and Agency Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at First Beach. Paddling on Soleduck River is so much fun. First Beach gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year November       is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to First Beach. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's.
