Olsen Creek flows through this vicinity; going for a hike along the South Sand Point Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Chito Beach sees pretty high levels of rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. High temperatures at Chito Beach during the summer are in the 70's with night lows in the 40's.
