Caledonia Beach, Pierce County, Washington   Caledonia Beach doesn’t get a lot of visitors, but being at the beach is such a fun thing to do, and this is a nice spot to do that. Few accommodations around here, you'll have to voyage a bit to get to one, but do book a room previous to going as it is a very popular destination. The surroundings of this section of shoreline has so much. Among the entertaining things you can do in the vicinity of Caledonia Beach are boating,     golfing, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so one won't be without entertaining things to do. You can set up that camp site or park your RV at a close by campground. While you're here at Caledonia Beach you have to explore Dash Point, and the peak of Indian Hill can be seen from Caledonia Beach. Dash Point State Park is a fine place, and you are in close proximity to Browns Point since you're here. It's a good idea to stop at Hylebos Creek, it's next to Caledonia Beach; an afternoon playing golf at North Shore Golf Course is always a diversion. Caledonia Beach is not far at all from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue; Pacific Lutheran University PLU Golf Course is a golf course nearby. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Caledonia Beach. If you want to hit the beach, Northilla Beach is close at hand; a golf course   close by is Pierce County Parks-Recreation Fort Steilacoom Golf Course. Whitewater paddling is good on Duwamish River, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can have a look at Indian Hill Reservoir Dam. Paddling on Puyallup River is so much fun. All the water falling down from the sky makes Caledonia Beach a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is December; July is when it's the driest. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Caledonia Beach. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Caledonia Beach.
