McFaddin Beach doesn’t get scores of visitors, but it is a fun location for the whole family. Going to the beach is always an enjoyable thing to do; McFaddin Beach in Jefferson County, Texas is a good site to go. There aren’t any hotel rooms in the neighborhood but if you're ready to go a short distance then no problem but do reserve a room in advance of a trip in view of the fact that it is a very popular destination. | | camp site at one of the fine campgrounds in the neighborhood. Sea Rim State Park is a good place to stop at; there's great hiking along the Sea Rim State Park Trail. A day at gorgeous MacFadden Beach near McFaddin Beach is a delightful thing to do. Summertime highs at McFaddin Beach generally tend to be in the 90's while night lows are ordinarily in the 70's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 60's; overnight lows in the 40's for McFaddin Beach. The high level of precipitation makes McFaddin Beach a relatively wet place; the wettest month of the year is usually September, that's the one that rains the most, and March is when it's the driest. | |
