Going to Fall River Heritage State Park near Sunset Beach is a perfect thing to do. Sunset Beach gets a good deal of water; most of the rain falls throughout November, and the driest month of the year is July. High temperatures at Sunset Beach all through the days of summer are in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sunset Beach.
