| | Alright, it's been too much time since you went outside; If you happen to be in Providence County of Rhode Island, Mountaindale Beach is a wonderful local piece of coast. The way the water meets such a picturesque section of shoreline tops anything. Rhode Island has such an incredible array of things to offer beach lovers. Some of the pastimes here are fishing, hiking, boating, golfing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so you won't run out of amusing stuff to do. If you're a camper you can raise that tent of yours at one of the great campgrounds in close proximity. |

This is an excellent beach. There aren’t any places to stay close at hand but if you're willing to go a short distance then no problem but if you don’t have reservations you might end up snoozing in your car. On a lovely day you obtain a sight of Wolf Hill from Mountaindale Beach,
| | and if you haven’t been to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor, you must schedule some time for it while you're here. You don’t have to go far from Mountaindale Beach to see the water at Mountaindale Reservoir Dam; nearby you discover the Walkabout Trail which is a nice hiking trail. If you want to hit the beach, Georgiaville Beach is in the neighborhood; get covered with water paddling on Clear and Branch. pleasant little spree to Reaper Brook. Having a pleasant time at Mountaindale Beach is easy. Near Mountaindale Beach you find a golf course called Triggs Memorial Golf Course; Upton State Forest is a pretty place any time of year. If you're dropping by Mountaindale Beach from Providence-New
Bedford-Fall River, you won't be the only one; a golf course close by is Country View Golf Club. There is a nice hiking trail close to Mountaindale Beach called the Ross Trail, and an afternoon playing golf at Melody Hill Country Club is always a bliss. Going for a hike on the
Munyan Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Mountaindale Beach is a pretty wet place mostly with a lot of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain while February is generally the driest month. Summertime highs at Mountaindale Beach commonly tend to be in the 80's, and
all through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Mountaindale Beach temperatures plunge to the 10's.
