Ram Point is close at hand and always glorious to have a look at; going for a hike on the Narragansett Trail is always a good adventure. On a tremendous day it's a fine idea to spend the day at Atlantic Beach, and a golf course close by is Pequot Golf Club. If you want to hit the beach, Misquamicut State Beach is in close proximity, and there's some flowing water nearby, Mastuxet Brook is a stream you can check out while here. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Wind River Range. Mount Pleasant is uncomplicated to
spot from Misquamicut Fire District Beach, and Winnapaug Country Club is a golf course close by. This ski area is so pleasant. Misquamicut Fire District Beach typically gets a good deal of rainfall; through November this area sees the most rain, and June is when it's the driest.
