National Heritage Corridor is a very good site to explore in close proximity to Edgewood Beach; a cool spot to have a look at is Pomham Rocks. Visit Pawtuxet River while you're here at Edgewood Beach, and Copps Cove is very near and is a splendid place to check out. The sight of
Fort Hill from Edgewood Beach is pretty, and do schedule some time to take a look at Copps Cave if you have a chance. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Silver Spring Golf Course is close at hand, and Green Jacket Shoal is also a perfect site to explore. That

Throughout the winter highs are mostly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Edgewood Beach. Edgewood Beach sees pretty high levels of rainfall; November is when you get the most rain here, and July on the other hand is the driest.
