Matunuck Shore Break has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by, and Black Rock is an exciting place to take a look at while at Black Rock Beach. Monhegan Bluffs Beach. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Black Rock Beach. Near Black Rock Beach you hit upon Rodman Hollow which is a great place to stop at; nothing beats kicking back at Vaills Beach. Black Rock Beach gets a typical amount
of precipitation; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is regularly the driest month. During the long summer days, highs frequently are in the 70's at Black Rock Beach. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Throughout the winter the highs are generally in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Black Rock Beach through the wintertime regularly drop into the 20's.
