for a hotel a far from the beach if you want to spend the night, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up slumbering in your vehicle. During your stay at Playa de Vega do visit close by Playa Puerto Nuevo, and Playa de Vega is not far at all from San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo.
| | Get covered with water paddling on Areciebo River, and Cerro Cibuco is scenic and can be made out from here. Spend the day on the beach at Playa de Cerro Gordo while you're here at Playa de Vega, and a quick tour to Cano Las Pozas is certainly a good idea. Going for a hike on the Shoe Line Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and while you're here, do take a tour to Puerto Nuevo. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Playa de Vega. Punta Puerto Nuevo is in the neighborhood of Playa de Vega and is a magnificent spot to explore. | |

Playa de Vega gets a great deal of water; November is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. At Playa de Vega during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 80's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Playa de Vega temperatures fall to the 60's.
