There are more activities here other than simply hanging out at the beach like fishing, whitewater paddling, boating, hiking, and swimming, so being deficient in activities won't take place. We all need to go to the beach once in a while; Playa La Ruina in Aguadilla County, Puerto Rico is a tremendous site for getting out. Wavy water and the seaside is better than anything. There are campgrounds rather near the piece of shore where you can raise that tent of yours. This is a brilliant slice of shoreline. |

Playa La Ruina doesn’t get many visitors, but what a great place for going to the beach it is. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Playa La Ruina called the Vereda de las Cotorras, and do schedule some time to have a look at Punta Borinquen if you have a chance.

On a great day at Playa La Ruina you can take a hike along the Vereda Caracol; a great beach nearby is Balneario Municipal de Aguda.
