| | Puerto Rico is a magnificent beach state. Playa La Ruina is not an incredibly packed segment of coastline, and it certainly is a glorious beach. Great glittering water and the Puerto Rico shore is such a pretty sight. There's lots of outdoors recreation available nearby such as whitewater paddling, boating, swimming, hiking, and fishing, so there's absolutely no way to become bored. away from the beach, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up slumbering in your car. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Vereda de las Cotorras, and there's whitewater on Anasco River for all you adrenaline junkies. There's magnificent hiking along the Verada Piedra
| | Blanca, and on a gorgeous day you can take a look at Balneario Municipal de Aguda. There are plenty of folks from Aguadilla-Isabela-San Sebastián here at Playa La Ruina, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Playa La Ruina; Vereda Caracol is a fine local trail. Time spent at Playa Punta Borinquen close to Playa La Ruina is always tremendous, and do schedule some time to stop at Punta Borinquen if you have a chance.
