There's so much enjoyable stuff to do in the vicinity of Playa Buye including whitewater paddling, swimming, hiking, boating, and fishing, so lacking pursuits will not occur. This segment of shoreline is so delightful. A spree to Punta Guaniquilla close to Playa Buye is always a good idea; a delightful beach close by is Los Pozos Beach. Boca Prieta is not far from Playa Buye at all; going for a hike along the Vereda Caracol will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Lamela Beach is a beach in the vicinity of       Playa Buye that you can explore; Quebrada Zumbon is another brilliant location to stop at nearby. If the weather is wonderful, you get a great panorama of Cerro Guaniquilla from Playa Buye, and do take a hike on the Vereda Helechal. But wait, there's more to do close to Playa Buye.   People from San Germán-Cabo Rojo love to come to Playa Buye, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Vereda Descanso. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Guabo River. All through the summer at Playa Buye temperatures are typically in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs throughout the wintertime are mostly in the 80's with winter lows in the 60's overnight here at Playa Buye.
