Don't leave Playa Canalejo without first going for a hike along the Carillo Trail, and a good beach nearby is Playa el Convento. This ski area has it all. During your visit to Playa Canalejo you'll meet some people from Fajardo for sure; Caribbean National Forest is worth visiting. There are brilliant spots to look at along the Bisley Trail, and Bajo Laja is a magnificent place to visit. | |

So much enjoyable stuff in close proximity to Playa Canalejo, clearly unbelievable. Going for a hike on the Angelito Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and if you're here, do take a journey to Cabezas de San Juan. Having a nice time in the Wind River Range is easy. If time
allows, Virgin Islands National Park is a national park worth stopping at. Summertime highs at Playa Canalejo typically tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 70's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs
in the 80's, and overnight lows in the 60's for Playa Canalejo. Playa Canalejo is a wet spot that gets a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November while March is generally the driest month.
