Beach ordinarily gets a great deal of precipitation; through December this area sees the most rain; the driest month is August. Through the summertime months at Short Sand Beach temperatures are ordinarily in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Short Sand Beach.
