Nehalem Beach     is a relaxing location; being at the beach is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a nice place to do that. Fishery Point is pretty in the neighborhood of Nehalem Beach, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Cannon Beach Trail. A tremendous location close to Nehalem Beach is Nehalem Spit, and of course, everybody loves Nehalem Bay State Park. Don't leave Nehalem Beach without first checking out Crab Rock, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Short Sand Beach. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Nehalem River, and Sunset Beach is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are in fact abundant here at Nehalem Beach. Nehalem River flows through this neighborhood, and North Jetty Nehalem Bay has delightful water scenery.       Not far from Nehalem Beach you locate Nehalem Bay, and if you come at the right time of year, Kilchis River - North Fork offers some magnificent whitewater. An afternoon playing golf at Manzanita Golf Course is always a bliss; there are plenty of folks from Astoria here. Through   the warmest time of the year at Nehalem Beach highs are regularly in the 60's, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, generally in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Nehalem Beach. Nehalem Beach sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls through December; August is the month with the least moisture.
