At Jones Beach you can make out Cape Horn. All the water falling down from the sky makes Jones Beach a wet place; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain; July is when it's the driest. Summer at Jones Beach arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Jones Beach dipping down into the 30's during winter nights. | |
