A spree to Arcadia Beach near Cove Beach is always a magnificent idea, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Nehalem River. Cape Falcon is reasonably close to Cove Beach, and an afternoon playing golf at Manzanita Golf Course is always a diversion. is near Cove Beach and is a scenic beach to pop by; hey, Mason Creek is a wonderful local stream. While you're here at Cove Beach you can take a hike along the Cannon Beach Trail, and the top of Round Mountain is easily made out from Cove Beach. Summertime highs at Cove Beach mostly
