Gunpowder Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by, and Deer Run Country Club is a splendid golf course nearby. There's some attention-grabbing stuff to spot at Tumlin Lake Dam near Long Island Beach; a round of golf at nearby Circling Hills Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. And that's not all you can do here at Long Island Beach. The Blue Jacket Trail offers hiking at its best, and   enjoy a round of golf at Sugar Ridge Golf Club.
