| | The grand water and the seaside is such a lovely sight. Upper Beach is not a tremendously visited slice of shore, but it's always amusing to be here. This section of shore is so good. Few lodgings close at hand, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but you'd better reserve previous to going since these hotels fill up swiftly all through the warm days of summer. Some of the endeavors here are fishing, golfing, swimming, whitewater paddling, and boating, so you won't run out of cool stuff to do. For all you camping people there are campgrounds close |

at hand. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, and Upper Beach in Suffolk County, New York is a perfect place to go. A delightful beach in close proximity to Upper Beach is Lower Beach, and Hay Beach Point is rather close. A day at Truman Beach next to Upper Beach is time well spent,

A golf course in close proximity to Upper Beach is Shelter Island Country Club, and a great site like Orient Beach State Park is too fine to leave out. Upper Beach is a pretty wet place commonly with a large amount of rainfall; during the month of November you get the most rain around here, and September is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the summer here at Upper Beach, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Upper Beach are in the 20's. | |
