| | Club is always a diversion. Jones Beach State Park is a pleasant place to stretch your legs a bit, and you can hit the beach if you want, Lido Beach is practically right here. If you're here at Short Beach, do take a spree to West End. Short Beach is a wet location that gets a large amount of rain; November is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February. Throughout the summertime at Short Beach temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and night lows at Short Beach all through the wintertime ordinarily fall into the 10's. | |
